The RICK is a wooden, yet original chair that is appealing at first glance. It’s design is pleasing to the eye, but it’s also suitable for many different spaces, from the living room to the restaurant, comfortable to sit in and durable enough to be used for many years to come.

The chair’s seemingly simple shape is the result of a deep understanding of form and comfort, as well as thorough research to optimise the best quality of workmanship. The seat is made of curved plywood, supported by four struts. It seems to float above the four legs.

Inspired by various methods of woodworking, the Rick chair is a design that combines quality craftsmanship with modern machinery, allowing for small to medium batch production. The economical use of materials is rooted in the idea of sustainability – “doing more with less” and optimising for mass production. After a period of research and many adjustments, the Rick chair is finally finished and officially launched.
