Elephants are often considered as the symbols of unity, composure, intelligence, strength and longevity. In the highlands of Vietnam, elephants were peasants’ devoted and diligent companion. A herd of elephants also represents the close bond among family members. The set of wooden VOI artworks was inspired by the herd of elephants living in Yok Don National Park.
The set includes pieces of different sizes, representing members of the elephant herd. The artwork presents the desire to conserve Elephant species, especially the Asian Elephant – which is in the Red List of threatened species, endangered with extinction.
The collection has 3 different sizes, in vivid and dynamic color versions. VOI can be used as paperweights or child toys, or simply as a decoration for living spaces.
